What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
Can I modify my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add or delete products from the same order but you can always place a new order for the desired products.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through multiple ways, mentioned below.

-You can track your order through the specific link sent to you via SMS and Email, after order is shipped.
-You can connect with our Customer Care and we'll confirm you the tracking details with status.
Are there any shipping charges?
Free Shipping all over India. Currently we are not shipping out of India. For out of India Shipments, for out of India shipments, please get in touch with us from our contact us section.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 7-10 working days to fulfil the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, and improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
Can you expedite my product on priority?
The expedite delivery varies from region to region. If you want us to expedite your product, give us a call at customer support. Please make sure that it is a prepaid order. We cannot expedite the COD orders.
Can FitMod Cancel/revoke my order?
Fitmod holds complete right to change/withdraw/revoke/cancel any order or offers at any given time without any prior knowledge or information to the customers.

How can I cancel my order?

Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been placed?
Yes, we can modify/change your shipping address provided you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. However, if the order is dispatched before you contact us the shipping address will not be modified/changed.
How will I get refund for the cancelled order?
To get your refund please contact us at our customer support at info@fitmod.in

Our executive will initiate the refund process. If you made the payment online, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

Return and Exchange policy

What is return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on our products.

In case of damaged/wrong products, contact must be made within 24hrs of receipt of the products by email us at info@fitmon.in notifying us, with proper pictures of the damaged products received.
